Our leaflets are carefully delivered by responsible, trained and fully monitored personnel. We offer our clients several distribution options. All leaflets are delivered with the Citypress, Exepress, Otterpress and Sidpress magazines during the first week of every month. This means that we can offer a very competitive price per 1,000 leaflets delivered.

Citypress is delivered FREE to 44,009 homes EVERY MONTH – Alphington, St Thomas, Marsh Barton, Cowick, Exwick, Newtown, St Leonards, Wonford, St Loyes, Heavitree, Whipton, Pinhoe, Polsloe, Stoke Hill, Countess Wear,Beacon Heath and Ide.

Exepress is delivered FREE to 23,227 homes EVERY MONTH – Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, East Budleigh, Otterton, Lympstone, Woodbury and Woodbury Salterton, Exton, Ebford, Clyst St Mary, Clyst St George and Topsham.

Otterpress is delivered FREE to 9,300 homes EVERY MONTH – Honiton, West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Feniton

Sidpress is delivered FREE to 8,800 homes EVERY MONTH – Sidmouth, Sidford, Sidbury and Newton Poppleford, Colaton Raleigh and Tipton St John

How do I choose the areas I want delivered?

Using household counts from the Royal Mail postcode sector file, we have developed our delivery rounds for each location, so that you can easily choose where you want to target your distribution.

We can help you plan your campaign; do you want to cover all the villages in the Exmouth area? (East Budleigh, Otterton, Lympstone, Woodbury and Woodbury Salterton, Exton, Ebford, Clyst St Mary, Clyst St George) Then we can deliver to just those areas.

How do you verify distributions?

River Media Devon has developed several unique methods of back checking. Using one system we get responses from the distribution of our own magazines when we invite members of the public to contact us to become one of our growing team of deliverers.

The responses are processed by our trained staff; they are sorted geographically by delivery area and postcode on a daily basis. Each response we receive enables us to track the progress of the distributor ensuring that the job is being properly carried out.

Many of our advertisers also live in the areas where the magazines are distributed; and therefore inform us when the magazines are delivered, this also enables us to track the progress of the distributor.

Furthermore our adult deliverers are carefully trained as to the correct way to place the leaflets through the letterbox and onto the doormat ensuring maximum visual impact and potential response.
